We’re giving you an excuse to procrastinate…for only five minutes. 😉
Got something sitting on your to-do list that you’ve been avoiding? Give it five minutes. Clean a drawer. Pay a bill. Answer an email. Stretch. Call a friend. Just START.
You don’t have to finish it. You just have to start it.
And if five minutes turns into more? Great. If not? You still made progress.
Now stop listening and go do the thing. 😂
